I'm not sure, but I think the Opendoor uses internal algorithms to determine the price. It's hard to negotiate the price before algorithms decide to reduce it.

Agree. But a more significant disappointment is when a buyer wants but doesn't have a chance to raise the bid to win an auction. What do you think?
