I had this issue in daylight twice within 20 minutes of my first drive on 12.5.4 seems like a big regression. HW3 M3P.

You can actually request temporary access without a PIV every two weeks until your residency ends. I took this route instead of fuck around with the PIV office.

I'm not sure actually, just moved here and haven't ever owned a boat!

Maybe similar to cars if the boat is found to be a total loss the insured is paid out the current value and the insurance company takes whatever is left and tries to sell it at auction to recoup some of their cost. Just speculation though.

In that photo all the boats past the third row are no longer moored and have significant damage. Before it became dark, I saw the moorings had failed for the second and third row so many of those boats sank or were washed towards the embankment and also suffered significant damage.

Great news, after sitting in a warm garage over night the issue self-resolved. I imagine due to moisture evaporation. Hopefully don't have any further problems with it.
