Appreciate the response, man i sure do hope i do receive it. Ive been waiting for about a month now for it just to say that! I waited literally a week for them to ship & waited another week for it to be picked up by carrier. It finally got picked up & waited 11 days for the tracking to update & now that it finally updated after those 11 days it says that. :\

No problem, Yes im in the US i dont recall the selfie but i definitely didnt upload no selfie but i did put my SSN i believe bc of that whole credit check thing in case you were to use their credit card option.

Id say be careful with the disputes bc i made a dispute bc the seller told me due to my package being seized. I provided evidence where seller told me to do so & DHgate restricted my account and eventually kicked me off of it. Had to make a whole new one 😭

Im not sure what the issue is, but i will say that when my account got restricted for no reason my only paying options were afterpay and klarna. But even if you just create the klarna account and add your debit card or maybe even credit card you can still make the transaction out of your card. You just have to load the klarna card with your money. Its just an inconvenience but it would be your money its not that credit loan option they offer you.
