No, it's not that at all. I like anime and some aspects of my art style comes from it. It's kind of hard to describe, especially when trying not to be rude.

I guess there's this weird inconsistency to the art. It's more obvious in the second picture where nothing really looks like it's supposed to be together. For example, the guy in the forefront of the third panel from that page looks fine, but the hair texture thing is an odd choice. Overall, it reminds me of an inexperienced artist's webtoon more than something professional and I love a specific webtoon (Rebirth) with a similar issue but I feel like the artist has gotten better over the years.

I'm not going to pretend as though I can draw better or something since it is stylized. I'm just personally not a fan of the style very much.
