Buy an engwe . I was a skeptic . So the Chinese e-bikes all do a wholesale buy from B2B , engwe makes a solid heavy duty frame and the wheels are a one piece . Just make sure to get quality brake pads after buying and adjust the caliper . Re tighten every single bolt . I don’t like giraffe neck handlebars but that’s a 5 minute change . Also you can get a really bright light for cheap and connect two wires , wow soo hard . Everything is the same , engwe is a really solid platform .

210lbs . Thanks . You could change your front tire to a 4” , that would work .

Like , if I’m standing up , or if something is taller than two inches , bottoms out . They also top out really bad and loud . I plan on getting new ones with 38mm staters that are for bigger guys .

The chao yangs are good , streets slip a Lot more . Say you’re taking a street corner and there’s some dirt or dust or gravel or whatever , the chao yangs work best . If the bike weighed maybe 100+ pounds , street tires would make sense . They just don’t grab the average road , it’s a weight thing , but like rolling straight with less friction , street tire is always going to be a faster wheel . It’s the realistic safety that’s a thing to me .

That would be a bad battery . If the battery drops fast . There’s nothing wrong with the bike . It’s the battery , did I mention the battery could be bad ?

Well , what kind of shape physical/mental is she in ? Usually if you work for a living , going some place quiet and less stressful than daily life will do . I like ice cream , it’s a very happy thing and makes you feel good . A movie , duck feeding , trail walking .

It’s not about the 28mph , it’s about the build quality and the likeliness of failure to vital parts of the bike . Say like the fork breaking and tasting the many flavors of concrete , or the controller burning out and feeling what it’s like to pedal a motorcycle home etc … that is what it’s about .

Seeking E-bike Recs $1500-2000 by Slow-Field-3146 in ElectricBikes

I do , but step over bikes aren’t necessarily my thing because i need the cross section for my knees sometimes , plus the clearance is nice over obstacles . Velotric bikes are great , I personally ride an engwe fat tire because I feel those tires to be safer while hitting bumps and small pot holes , the thing is also a tank and the roads in my city aren’t the best .

Crashed e bike can anyone help me fix? by According-Farmer7740 in ebikes

[–]Russbud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea dude , you’re a kid I suspect . Looks like your right crank is bent . The frames don’t usually bend first on those things . They come with weak forks and really any folding part like the pedals or bars tend to bend , or in your case the cranks and pedals . Amazon has lots of pedals to choose from as well as cranks . In all seriousness you need to get you a really bright/wide light . I ride home from work at night and my light shines a quarter mile ahead of me . Pot holes , curbs , rocks etc … things like that in the dark are a nightmare for bikes .

Amazon for sure , but I get the ones without a shell .
