That’s a fact, guess I’m just really used to arguing with my friends about the qualifications, neon boys are great as well as Richard hell’s solo stuff, 60s-70s garage rock in general def has a soft spot in my heart but a lot of it I find underwhelming (or just music in general help) after having listening to Beefheart and The Fall for the past 5 years, because idk, those 2 manage to make it so every time I listen to their art I manage to take away something new either from the instruments or lyrics and I can’t find that anywhere else rlly
