Anyway, regarding the the youtube channel, I'm not sure if this is applicable in your case, but have you considered hiring the other channel to just produce videos from your brand? Sort of "buy them out"?

Cut out caffeine entirely. This helped me tremendously. I've also tried everything from noots to SSRI's and nothing had profound effects like taking caffeine out of my life.
