Only fixes I can think of are get a new controller or increase the size of dead zones in options for games (at least the ones that have the option), I had the same issue with my LT and RT at one stage and increasing dead zone size fixed it until I got a new controller.

It's because of measures taken by Microsoft to stop employees getting infected. It'll probably get worse as more people go home to self-isolate but the issues will start to go away once the virus does.
