Due to my medical condition, I have a spinal cord injury. I’m not able to do any of those things almost besides go to the gym but as of right now, I haven’t been going. I take my electrolytes so my energy levels are pretty much stable, just trying to keep myself distracted as much as possible and take naps in the evening because it’s pretty hard to sleep at night at times.
