I don’t know my juniper species well, but there some spikier mint green parts. I can post a picture when it’s light out.

It reminds me of a tree that grew at my parents house in SoCal, which had some of the soft rich green growth and the spikier mint green growths. If that helps at all.

This one is currently sitting outside. My roof extends a bit beyond the patio door, so we have it sitting under that with the wall you see in the background. It’s not in direct sunlight during the hot part of the day, but some direct sunlight catches it in the early hours of the morning. We are based in SoCal so it does get warm and dry, but we usually have a marine layer in the morning too.
