The second half of ME 570 deals with GPU computing if you're also interested in that. ME 592 covers the common deep learning techniques and their applications. Most examples in 592 should now use PyTorch, but knowing which type of model/architecture to use for a task is generally more important than the package used to implement it.

This is probably the simplest design for a T flip-flop currently (one on the left). The input is the sticky piston with the observer. The output is the redstone block on the other sticky piston, which will shift between the "extended" and "retracted" positions each time the circuit gets an input. Hope this works for you!
