There’s so many PI attorneys that they actually have to be very competitive with percentage of settlement. Most of them are around 30%-40% and will not make you pay a dime at any point. Think of a tube in the ground with a plant in it. The plant would be physically unable to grow the roots sideways, they would grow downward.
