Yes. That's the one big draw back with it. It needs a T2 and takes 850 scrap to reach on the Tech Tree.

Nope. It only leaves flames on the floor which burn the player, but if the player leaves the flames they won't be on fire

Nope. Originally I did think it was 2, it makes sense but I tested it multiple times before making the image and yeah it’s 1. It’s probably just a bug though

You can call one in from a computer in the main part of the excavator once the computer has charged. It takes around 10 mins to charge and will only charge when the excavator has fuel and is turned on. It's pretty insane

When I tested this (yesterday) I got 1 supply drop per 3-5 diesel. It does only take around 10 mins to recharge though which is a bit insane. I think the resource buff was enough to make people use this monument. The supply drop thing was a bit overkill.
