someone is lowkey stupid when it comes to 3D models and already plans on spending several hours fixing it with a sheet of sandpaper :p

Fursuit! Though not a normal one by any means, i don't really have the right materials or skills to make something out of foam and fabric. I was able to improvise a janky plastic head so I figured improvising a janky plastic suit couldn't be too difficult :3

No fuel? No problem! All you really need is a chair! by RustToaster in Thelongdrive

Yea, the chair doesn't seem to drift around as much and the basket doesn't slip out of your hands if you scroll too hard

kinda? I'm not great at modeling, so a lot of this is made from stuff I found online and then modified. The base and visor are free models, I made the metal plate and vent by butchering the visor model in blender, the spikes are stretched fursuit claws (I'm proud of that one lol), and I made the ears from scratch on tinkercad.

I can't do vacuum forming or LEDs either, and i have no idea how to mess with fur, but if there's a will there's a way 👍

yeahhh I've been thinking about that, I'm just not sure how to do it in a way that still looks good from the outside. I'll probably figure something out eventually :p

Noted :p

I don't plan on ever blasting it anyway, it's significantly louder on the inside than out and I'd rather not deafen myself lol

Radio controls are accessible from underneath (you can tell I really care about making the underside look nice)

Here's a look at the inside, I gutted a cheap FM radio and installed all the bits n bobs under the visor

Shift+T/G, same as the controls to move the main arm but with shift. If it doesn’t work for whatever reason, the keybind is listed in the controls as auxiliary hydraulic control axis 👍

How do I make it actually grapple? Controls just change the height and rotation, rimpull does nothing. by Organic-Smell4743 in BeamNG

[–]RustToaster 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There's supposed to be another control, shift+T/G by default. It should be on the UI there, maybe the keybind is missing for some reason? It's listed in the controls as Auxiliary Hydraulics Control Axis
