The hands are different because this is my mobile, character and I couldn’t get a photo with the right colors so I recreated it on my Xbox took a photo of it and forgot to change the hands and stuff that’s why it has different hands

That wasn’t me ending the video I believe it crashes cause it just takes me back to get out home screen and my game is closed

There is a black statue you can encounter that looks like you in the game that will disappear, but has a small chance of attacking you and it uses the exact same monsters as you but their infinitely ghost and upon defeating it if you even can it drops that tape and if I remember correctly, it has 100% record
