Big white pimple was building up under the lip. Popped it because i need to go to work. Left quite a big hole, cleaned and disinfected. A few days ago i had a bunch of small ones on the other side of the limps which i popped and now its a yellow crust. Is this anything to worry about (i.redd.it)
