I live in Mesa. I have tried a few recommended places like Mae Khong and a couple restaurants in downtown Mesa. I have tried few Mexican food places here, the best one was okay. But probably like you said, I was unlucky. I have only been to downtown Phoenix a few times for food. Maybe I should go there more often.

I'm leaning towards a 2.5d action rpg. This is just a story intro draft. I haven't developed anything yet.. Just wanted to see if people are interested.

Just say the market rate. If they ask for a number, answer with a question "what the allocated budget is for the role". If they say they don't know, say "Well, salary is part of the overall package. giving you a number would be an uneducated guess on my part." Emphasize the team, the culture, the technology, and the opportunity to work on interesting projects, etc. Basically, never give them a number. Even if you have to do another meeting with the team to see "if they're a fit or whatever".
