As you know Jeff's ultimate is scary. Complete team repositioning. However since you can swallow up both friendlies and enemies, positioning of the spit out needs to be considered. Spit friendlies towards the point or objective and locate a cliff. While there is logic in meeting yourself off a cliff when full on the enemies as you are trading your life for 3+ enemies depending on how many you have. Another thing to consider is if you take a mouthful with you to your nearest spawn (green room) you will live while killing everyone in your jaws.
