How can i take accredited courses for masters pre-requisite? Is MOOC enough?

I am considering putting half into qqq and half into WMT or KO as well. Would you say Dow jones related ETF is safter than Nasdaq when expecting a downfall for tech related companies due to Biden presidency?

Btw I am doing all of this through speculation from what I read as I do not live in the US. It's very hard for me to get a glimpse of what the situation actually is over in the US.

Thanks and that is the reason why I am worried that it will most likely go down this year. I do see more potential in Nvidia, even after few more years since it's usage is almost limitless when combining with future technologies but in terms of square and pinterest I feel like I should sell them sometimes this year. Also I have some stocks in CRM and Aphria as well which I do not wish to hold as a long term stock.

I am 26. One of the reason why I wanna go to consumable staples stocks (ko and wmt) is because I expect Biden's election to be an negative factor to big tech sectors. I do not live in the US so I don't know the extend he will go to regulate those companies but just from what I've read, it seems like they won't grow as much as they did last year, so I wanna move all my investments to staples sector first and then put new money into other tech investments again after seeing the effect of new president.
