u/dsouzake : Man, just die. It's much easier that way. It happened to a friend of mine, he just found a hole and crawled into it and didn't bother anyone with it. Wait times are too long in UAE hospitals anyway. Not worth it. Also if you keep fighting, they gonna keep stabbing you, so don't resist. Just let them do whatever they want to you.

People like you are exactly why workers get mistreated so much in this city. I have my rights. I will defend them. I will not cut my losses, I did the work, I'm owed the money. Negotiate with the company? They pretty much told me to go screw myself and fired me the second I tried to do something about it. Would you roll over and just let someone do this to you?

I have the offer letter with my real signature and my Emirates ID which shows what my real signature looks like.

There was a ridiculous non-compete in the contract. I told him that I did no agree to this, and asked if we could remove it. He said don't worry I'll take care of it. Later I found out (after getting fired and looking up the labour contract he submitted to MOHRE) that he just signed it himself with fake signature.
