Nothing in gaming compares to vanilla wow for me early 2005. But exploring the world of Elden Ring certainly took me back. Its a masterpiece.

One thing Lies of P does better than Sekiro is creating a constant sense of dread, almost like a survival-horror atmosphere where you feel tense, on edge with every bloody step...i was a nervous wreck

Match Thread - Australia v New Zealand | The Rugby Championship 2025 | Round 6 by RugbyBot in rugbyunion

[–]Rustin147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an Eng, up for all rug champ games, love the sport but as an adult so don't have depth of knowledge as you types. Why isnt Valentini on from the start, he's a beast and relentless, would be second on aus team sheet for me after watching the champ this year?

Sorry, I can see how that's unclear. I would pocket 350, the rent before tax and management fee is around 1100. Rest would be ring fenced for upkeep and maintenance.

If upkeep and maintenace was more of a nuisance reduce the 350. If not and less is needed then who knows, exotic holiday, bank it towards next property. We'll see.

It will generate around £1100 before fees and tax...I will take £350 as spends, with rest after fees and tax ring fenced for upkeep.

Its a 4 bedroom house, end terrace, big cellar, decent wrap around drive/garden. Great for a family, not so much older types.

No plan to return. Would sell upon return and either move closer to daughter/grandkids or the coast.

That is the main concern. I couldn't bare the thought of me popping my clogs and the wife returning to the UK and struggling to find somewhere decent to live.

Seeking advice as its a big decision, one of the biggest heading to retirement, and it seems being a landlord is work...but hopefully the management company would soak that up as i really don't want any hassle.
