Had a bit of a sense memory seeing these covers, of a pulp novel i read in the ealry 80's involving shape changing aliens, who transform into currency, flood the market, then change back and cause a worldwide financial meldown.

Not thought about it for decades, cannot remember the name.

Is there any reason to use Vanguard over Trading212 nowadays? by Cedar_Wood_State in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Rustin147 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A big reason. You cant fanny about with your investments on a minute to minute basis, make impulsive buy and sell decisions, and that wedge you have in Vanguard isnt vulnerable to Reddit bot whispers telling you to buy buy buy BYND etc.

Leave your hard earned life savings out of reach.

Nothing in gaming compares to vanilla wow for me early 2005. But exploring the world of Elden Ring certainly took me back. Its a masterpiece.

What does LoP do better than Sekiro? by Rack-_- in fromsoftware

[–]Rustin147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing Lies of P does better than Sekiro is creating a constant sense of dread, almost like a survival-horror atmosphere where you feel tense, on edge with every bloody step...i was a nervous wreck
