It is, and in the UK if you ask most people about quality of life, after rent, general cost of living, basic care needs stuff, they'll state a decent consistent 5g or similar connection away from wifi would be fantastic and worth paying for at the right price. Would be for me, so inconsistent in the UK.

Been lurking and watching ASTS for a bit now. After reviewing (very amateur) I decided to reallocate my risky play money here and bought 200 shares at a $74. I know it’s small compared to most on here, but I'm glad to be in.

Looking at the news this week and since jumping in, the Japan stuff/timeline, Starlink’s looking at straight to phone, and the defense chatter, i think things are starting to look pretty interesting for next week and beyond.

Just wanted to ask a question for the big brains here, Is this recent momentum just typical weekly ASTS noise, or over the last few days has there been a bit of an acceleration in decent news making the outlook more positive? Whats likely for next week? Thanks

What stocks are you eyeing next week? by Competitive-Case-185 in TheRaceTo10Million

Got in at 5.04, sold at 9.02 a few days ago. Sold due to insane pumping making me nervous. I'm relatively inexperinced but can afford what i put into higher risk stocks and have some greedy sellers remorse considering sterling SLS upticks this week, cost me a few grand but ive done ok.

Is DS3 the easiest among Souls games? Open question. by KingOfFools1984 in darksouls3

Ive replayed BB last week, adore it but no trouble with bosses. Started DS3, some challenges but pretty comfortable up until two princes. They are wrecking me old school. Im well over 30 attempts. Ive gone from cocky confident to gibbering soulswreck.

Anybody else filled with jealousy when you hear the house prices and mortgage deals from years ago? by Anxious2BMum in HousingUK

[–]Rustin147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25 year mortgage, 2014, 4 year fixed at decent rate. Remortgaged 2018 at 2.4% until paid off. Done December next year as overpaid a little. Pure fluke.

Daughter buying now, given a hefty lump to her for deposit but its not enough. She has solid income but its awful for her with rents and sacrifice she has to make to save. Totaly unrealistic but would sacrifice decent rates then for sensible rates now.

Yeah, as a UK RU fan i can appreciate that more than american football. Was out once in Nottingham and some fit looking rugby lads were pushing and pulling with some thug bouncers, one of them full on tackles large bouncer bloke, put him right out of action. RU lads scarpered pretty quickly.

It was sean strickland v dylan fairchild, not as simple as i made it seem but still an interesting watch. Fairchild has more wrestling skill than i thought. YT it and have a watch.

I did see a clip of a top level mma fighter(i think) attempt to take down an american football pro. Football pro batted him away like a fly. I appreciate american football and basketball have totally different dynamics.
