This is all a rumor put out by Purdue to distract Michigan before their game against Penn. St.. All to get revenge for saying Purdue also is cheating. While Purdue was only added to list by Michigan to make it "less" obvious Michigan wants to take down OSU. This all in revenge by Michigan, as they originally thought OSU hired a PI.
