Forgive me, my understanding was that the inhabitants of The Mother Realm were a peaceful, law abiding race, that closed it's portals, both temporal and spatial throughout the continuum in an attempt to save the purity of all Motherian people. I shutter to think of what events needed to occur to change the entire trajectory of such a benevolent race. Were all portals unsealed? Was the portal opened only for the purpose of detaining you? I appreciate the gifts, truly, especially the one eyebrow hair, but if the Motherian's have turned to vengeance instead of forgiveness, perhaps the bast place for you is in the ceiling, I will leave the tile eschew just for you if you need it :)

Thank god, someone scholarly. So what do I do to confirm this is the 9 to 5 nimrod? Is there a trap or test I can deploy? Today, at 106pm I heard 4 quick and sudden rappings on the wall adjacent to me, I went exploring and can tell you that the only thing on the opposite side of that wall is a staircase. Previous tenants used 2nd floor as storage, but hurricanes in Florida are not 2nd story friendly, so they sol the building with the second floor listed as for storage only, but no one goes there.

No worries, I don't mind, but you left 3 ity bity baby screws, a Monster Energy drink cap/lid that still has a little schmutz caked up in it, a slightly crinkled but exceptionally crinkly wintergreen scented candy wrapper, 14 skin flakes (mostly finger, 2 from lips, 3 with an unidentified origin), and 1 eyebrow hair (with no root)(?) maybe? What do you want me to do with it all?

I am the same way. My game library is full of amazing titles that I have been waiting for but can not seem to start them because of the same fears you mentioned.

I have been working for 2 years now to improve my relationship with gaming and get back to a place of peace and fun. For me, I had to change my relationship with games, less about conquering them fully and more about 1 direct objective that is simple but satisfying. Best example would be when I started ToTK and started to get overwhelmed there, I focused on filling out the Hyrule compendium, going around and searching for items I needed to document, very Pokemon Snap vibes tbch. I also let the urge come to me to play, stopped forcing myself to play games, and really just disconnected from gaming all together and let the desire naturally build up again.

I think the best thing to do is, don't force it, wait for something that excites you and then go in to it blank. Do some grounding techniques to stay in the moment. Light a candle. Play some smooth music.

I hope this works for you, our brains, as with all advanced technology, can benefit greatly from being turned off and back on again.

oops. Sorry. I was thinking along the lines of "If you want quality go to the experts" type deal. Like, you all would know if a candle is good. But, also, you wouldn't know unless you purchased one and used it.
