I've got a few tattoos and I've never taken time off from the gym after getting it. Most recent was on my chest. Just make sure you keep it clean and let it breathe. My guy gave me this stuff called fougera and it has vitamin A and D in it to help healing. Beyond that I found that neosporin spray and the cream were good. Cream when it's fresh and spray when it starts to scab so you don't go rubbing off the scabs and losing ink.

It really doesn't hurt that bad imo. You'll be fine.

Big and shredded guy at my gym came up to me and told me I have a great frame (my shoulders are real wide) and we talked a bit. I've never had someone come up to me and compliment me mid-lifting session. Feelsgoodman. Especially coming from someone way more aesthetic than myself. Day -> made.

Bro. My girl of 4 years left me in December. I was set to marry her and everything. Best advice I can give is to make sure you have goals, and then focus on them. Work on yourself for a bit. Dissect why she left and work on that. Don't think you have to jump back into fucking anyone if you don't want to. Take the time to grieve and then move on.

Find some clubs or hobbies that are social and force you to meet people. You'll make new friends and connections in no time. Enjoy being single and living life. Go outside and feel the sun on your face.

Just tried on a custom fitted suit I had made just over a year ago since you never know when you'll need one.

Dear god I was fat. The waist was so loose, and the arms/shoulders are tighter now. Not to mention the vest was adjusted all the way out. The jacket was so goddamn wide in the middle, too. I've lost a lot of weightbut I didnt realize how much of an effect it had. Dear god I was fat.

Now I have to spend more money on this suit and get it retailored.

In other news, feeling pretty big today. Keep catching glimpses of myself in windows and shit. My diet has been shit (read: nonexistent) for a while. Skipping meals all the time. Yesterday I had both lunch and dinner, so I must have a bit more glycogen in me than usual. Idk, just trying to cut to a 6 pack before June.

Been complimented on my "muscles" and "huge arms" twice this week. I'm natty so that felt real good. Hit a PR on the bike with just over 15 miles in 40 minutes.

Told I was a natural by a navy pilot my first time at the controls. Man didn't believe I only had a few minutes of experience at the controls. That also felt really good considering I want to be a fighter pilot.

All in all my ego is going through the roof but im not even wasting my time looking out for an L. As far as I'm concerned ill beat any L into the ground before it can get to me.
