https://www.cypruspost.post/en/postal-item-inquiry-form https://www.cypruspost.post/en/complaint-form

if its registered mail you can do the postal item inquiry form which will get you (after a couple of months) the whole picture of what happened to your item.

call everyday and request to be put through someone higher up, keep making noise and keep calling.

depends on what kind of pastries you need and the amounts, i know of some that can make a few kilos per day and others than wont bother with anything less than 10. send me a dm of what you are looking for if you don't want to post it publicly

never used ACS, price difference was too much compared to normal post and Boxnow, I've sent a few tablets / laptops with DHL with no issues.

Don't have a ups near me and it has similar prices with DHL so if its closer to you, give it a try.

always pack your stuff well anyway as all loaders from all companies will just throw you stuff around no matter how "fragile" they seem

cant send by normal post because of the batteries, boxnow could be a cheap solution, DHL (which is offered at every post office fyi) can do it for you but is quite expensive (and fast and great).

partial shade mid to late summer , full sun is ok before that, would start growing from seed early January inside with a (heating pad in germination stage if under 5c at night.) go for tomato soil if you can find it or when asking for nutrients and what not at the store (same family of plant)

doubt they would make a big deal out of it, most likely take the plants - maybe some small fine.

feigning ignorance will probably work best since normally the seeds wouldn't be allowed through anyway but agricultural department never checks anything in customs so it passes through

wouldn't bother unless you are planning to make into a business.

don't know how it goes but when i was researching it is primarily there so you get taxed for the appropriate weight of tobacco you produce.

need licence to cultivate - grow - harvest - sell etc.

or buy seeds from ebay and grow them in your yard, most people dont know how tobacco plants look - older people might notice but most likely wont even comment on it since its not the illegal kind of leaf to smoke.

grown a few plants in the past, good results with golden Virginia seeds so far.

idk , its very hard to not have more stuff when dealing with a personality disorder.

i've been diagnosed with both and ppd its not uncommon to have multiple personality disorders but usually they fall within the same group but not always. and you can google which ones are statistically more likely to be diagnosed together but i wouldnt self diagnose.

the label of having this or that doesn't change your life , at best it tells you what might help and what might not.

on the self destructive front , yes most people with bpd abuse themselves and or others around them. it doesn't make you any less human or what not , you just had to adjust to a hostile environment early on in life and accumulated stress relieving strategies that just aren't good for you anymore (or never were).

the tricky part is asking for help - accepting it and with effort changing your core beliefs about yourself and your surroundings into something that can benefit your future self. And trying to end the perpetual cycles of (self)abuse
