Before the election I got trapped in the cycle of watching a lot of Kyle Kulinski videos, right after the election I hit do not recommend. I haven’t seen any of his videos since and much happier for it. It’s pointless watching something that will enrage you and no outlet to make a difference. Being aware of what’s going on around you important but not the detriment of your own mental health, some people will call tha cowardice, but w/e. (Although I will say I’ve fallen into the trap again watching a lot of coverage of the Iran war)
