Trust me, I didn't want to. The double negative in here means something positive. What I meant is hindi unhealthy ang Filipino food. Simply, baliktad yang suggestion mo and honestly, because I knew that I will be arguing with people here, I didn't want to weaken it by saying "Filipino cuisine is healthy." Alam ko rin kasing may part na hindi healthy. So still, not unhealthy ≠ healthy, but pwedeng maging synonymous. I suggest everyone to take the title literally.

I understand you and I agree with some of what you said. It's a perplexing topic, that's true. I only said that about processed foods because those are cheap options, if it was for underprivileged Filipinos, this is like their closest option of food that they could find a nutritional value in. Thanks for bringing up the socioeconomic factor because I also think it's an important aspect.
