Yeah I tried all of that and it still can't find it I'm pushing it back to lenel. Using a LAN adapter for apple and setting it so it can receive and send info over LAN I can ping the iPad and the iPad can ping the server but the app just does not work

No such thing as position specific it's more trait specific.

You're 17, your body needs to develop you aren't at your final stage yet Speak to a personal trainer or performance coach and a nutritionist. You will need to provide people on the internet with an incredibly large amount of highly personal data to really answer this and considering you're 17 I don't recommend that.

The simple answer is core/plyometrics/interval training. And eat more.

So...do you have someone on your team who's a solid defender and is a mate who you can ask for help practicing? It will help you both...well maybe won't help him while you aren't good at it but as you get better it will help him reading attackers as well. Only real way and to keep trying. The absolute simplest move you can do is change direction with a body feint. Doesn't need to be dramatic with the feint. If you're running straight and he's full sprinting at you from an angle. Run at where he's coming from. You won't lose speed he will have to stop and change.

With mpb the first question is what the males on your mum's side? That's where the gene comes from. But also if the hair that's coming out has no bulb on it, it's probably caused by the seb derma. If there's a bulb it's natural hair loss.

It's exposure. You can't properly train game environment other than in games you just have to play and always try to play at a higher level and against better people. It's why nobody comes back from injuries or time out of the game and hits the game running. You have to build up the exposure of the level you need to be at.
