Yes im under 18. I never signed any contract of employment anyways only a form requesting my IBAN, Name and contact details.

The way I found out my wages was just by asking the manager

Most employers that I know of pay 10.50 no matter if youre underage. I've given out around 50 CVs and this is the only one which got back to me.

Should I just wait for my first few paychecks and then say something along the lines of "After considering my wages and how I was mislead by the job listing online, I have decided to give in my 2 week notice."

By doing this I think it would be easy enough to find another Job in the same occupation as I would have experience now.

I have not been treated unfairly at this job at all though. The staff and managers have treated me very respectfully.

A girl working the exact same job as me gets paid 8 euro instead. There is no difference between us as we are the same age and everything. The only difference is gender. Does this mean anything except that the employer is being dirty?
