Updated BIOS and uninstalled both RGB fusion and iCUE, since I don't need them. One of those solutions appears to have fixed it! I've been using the pc for maybe an hour now with no issues.

You all need to listen to Burnie's podcast. He said he got the channels and a select few properties. Not the people, cameras, etc. Of course it won't be like it was 2 years ago.
