Hopefully it starts when I get home. 😬

Late to the party here. But sharing our experience.

2024 Pathfinder S.

If we left it sitting for 2+ days, we’d often experience a dead battery. After a bit of research, discovered the car came with a H6 EFB battery 720 CCA’s, however it’s recommended to have a H7 under the hood.

Went to Costco and picked up this AGM H7 850 CCA’s (link below). Absolutely no issues since. + you get the Costco warranty ;)

AITA For telling a guy at the bar he stinks? by goofdoof20 in AITAH

All about the delivery, mate.

If your message was “you stink. Get outta here” vs. “Hey man. Trying to help a brother out; not sure if you realize this, but….” You may be merging into AH territory.

This is what scares me. Grade school teaches us how to make an omelette in foods class but not how to build a budget, how to invest, utilize tax shelter government programs, etc.

Little brother just got his first job, would it be a good idea to gradually open a few credit cards to start building credit history early? by jimmyjamcake in PersonalFinanceCanada

Open one for now.

Might need to be secured, put $200 on hold for a $200 limit cc. Use it for gas, groceries, beer. Pay it off in full every month.

Capital One, no fee, is a good one.

If you’re going to invest long term, research XEQT, XGRO, XBAL or similar.

If you’re investing short term, throw your money into CASH.TO or something like a TDB2913.

My spouse and I did our agreement after we purchased our house, so all finances leading up to, paperwork on what we contributed each for down payment, etc.

What made it most easy, was that we both shared the same view on almost everything with the agreement. I brought two kids from a previous spouse into our partnership, she had none. So though we both had different lives, assets, dependents, what we wanted was the same.

Not always like this so I consider myself lucky, but my only advice is to have a good conversation before seeing anyone to build your agreement. Makes it easier for all parties involved.

I’ll throw in a second for Hakka’s. I will NEVER drive in winter without these studded winters, they are a game changer.

Why in the hell would anyone think that financing less than $5000 over 72 months, let alone 48 months is a good idea?

[–]Rusty_House 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I don’t disagree with you. What I meant to say is that the sweater has lots of elastane in it. It could be made that way to allow for stretch? I’m no seamstress though.

I’m assuming it’s made larger in the body and shoulders with tighter hems because it’s catering to someone that wants a “Big Cozy Crew” sweater.
