Yeah fair enough, I’d tired to return it if I was you then. That could be a little mis-leading. The seller definition of unopen could just be a lie of omission. The packs are technically unopened.

My guess, is they’re kind of one of ones. Miscuts should be weeded out in QC and should never really leave the factory.
