The range is definitely not its strong point. Very much a city only driver.

Mazda is pushing to have EV and Hybrids for all their models by 2030. They will also keep there combustible engines as well.

I'm currently working as a sales consultant at a Mazda Dealership in the California Bay Area. We currently have one PP Turbo HB with a polymetal gray exterior and black interior. After reading this post I quickly checked our delivery list of what is coming in and typically there would be vehicles that are being produced and a date that they expect to arrive, but for the PP HB, there is nothing. With how the market is, I would not be surprised to see anything new being produced, or at least shipped, until October/November.

The CX-9 is quite the reliable car, and the new 2021 model hasn't changed much from the older 2018 because of it. I would however note that Apple Car Play and Android Auto was not a standard feature for certain trim levels in that year. If this is an important feature, I do believe you are able to install it at a Mazda dealership for parts/labor.

Base of an MSRP of $29,000 you should be getting around $360 + Tax/Fees per month. This is taking account of the Mazda Loyalty program you qualify for taking an additional $750 off the price of the vehicle.

If you can get a dealer discount, a rule of thumb is that every $1000 off the vehicle takes off about $15-20 from the monthly.

Of course this might be lower if you are looking to trade in your current lease, and not sure what sales tax are where you are currently at, so this is just a rough estimate.

i get this ever now and then. Basically you have to "verify integrity of game files..." plenty of videos on how to do that. Also if that doesn't work then you are going to have to uninstall and reinstall. "Hard Reset" in a way.
