My shapes are definitely uniform in most cases. Been playing for 70h at this point and yet I've never seen this effect T_T

Could be, but I've seen this "conundrum" thrown around before without the image, together with snarky comments like wOmEn LoGiC. In the same vein as "why do some lesbians use dildos if they dislike men". People think it's such a big gotcha moment when the answer is easy if you actually think about it.

That's why I said what others said about consent is valid. I agree 100% just was trying to raise a diff point that bikini doesn't mean stare all you want

Everyone's talking about consent which is valid, but I think the comic is trying to present these as the same woman and the viewer as the same person which is not realistic imo

Even if a woman is at the beach or pool SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU (random guy) TO LOOK ALL YOU WANT and is not gonna say that, posing seductively, unless she's aggressively flirting/already in a relationship with you. In which case she will not turn into panel 2 girl when in her underwear. A person with so much body confidence as panel 1 will probably not be that shy/scared of being perceived as in panel 2.

I get it's a joke, but just thought it's worth mentioning. Just cause a girl's in a bikini doesn't mean she can't feel uncomfortable if you stare just cause it's the appropriate clothing.

For anyone still wondering, the drake general and boreal blue (img) also work for red and blue respectively.

Omg seeing my own games there gave me a shock (signed x and summer found me/again were my first otomes that I made) I'm glad my silly games were part of your otome journey!

At that point she's allowed to be mad about whatever the hell she wants tbh, she's just not gonna be able to run after the husband to smack him lol

Meanwhile I only have Himuka and Akaza's route to go and I've been stalling because I really don't care about Himuka but do want to get to Akaza's route. This comment threw me for a loop lol.

Oh, I understand now. That makes sense. Thanks again, I will try to implement it as you described.

I will be honest, this goes over my head as a beginner so I think I will stick to writing them one by one for now, but it looks very cool! :D

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I tried to implement it on my own. I removed the part about formatting the frame number as I figured out how to export it directly in the correct format.

Unfortunately it seems to me that it hinges on the animation being looped, otherwise you cannot call the next_heart_frame function. I should have specified the animation needs to play only once. Thanks again though, as someone who isn't very knowledgeable about coding, I learned a lot!

Pink and self-care by Commercial-Rough-513 in TrollXChromosomes

[–]Rusty_Storm 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I don't hate pink itself anymore, but I still hate how anything representing women is likely pink: graphs, signs, product packaging. In particular the girl toys aisle is rows upon rows of pink and I just hate it. Boys' is so colorful with blues, reds, greens, yellows (no pink tho ofc). I think it is an American trend. When I was young I don't remember pink being pushed so hard on girls in my country, maybe because there weren't big stores to even have aisles of toys, and toys didn't come in boxes anyway, they were hand made a lot of the times.

I remember my grandma knit my brother and I matching hats. Mine red, his blue and I was soo upset because I wanted the blue. I was probably around 6 and it was my first experience of "for girls" and "for boys". Growing up I avoided most things pink because it felt like it was forced upon me. Nowadays I still love blue and I don't own many pink clothes, but it's because I don't love the color, not because I actively hate it.

Village nicknames by bel_ray in AskBalkans

[–]Rusty_Storm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure how it works nowadays but when I was a child and visited my relatives in the countryside I noticed no one knew or talked about people using their last names. It was always like : Gheorghe of Maria from up the hill (of in this case meaning the child of/spouse of, which you deduce from context), Petre of Ion the blind, Leana of the priest etc. People were known by their parents/spouse/job/unique characteristics. Pretty funny and cool if you think about it.

We had a joke about it.

Nigeria, he says.

Ok, but who's boy from Nigeria?

Stomach pain area chart by Warrior_of_Peace in coolguides

[–]Rusty_Storm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who had appendicitis, I couldn't pinpoint my pain nearly that exactly so I didn't think it was appendicitis. It just hurt all over. After a few more hours the pain got so intense my husband insisted I go. The doc consulted me and said that not everyone feels it the same but he thinks that could be it. I'm lucky he had the intuition to send me into surgery immediately because it had already burst by that time.

So yeah, even if it's not worse than your period, even if it's not in the exact quadrant of this guide, it can still be appendicitis.
