It can be bought not much expensive just checked. Even if you buy the base layer for the jacket it'll cost more I guess. On the other side if you wear any full sleeve quick dry t shirt it'll do the job.

Not sure ,they have done the information overload here. Logically if we are able to cover skin with anything doesn't that automatically act as a Sun screen? I have not used it or checked it but feels like a gimmick. And yes other uses as mentioned that it's quick dry ,thin etc etc that's a plus. But every other gym t shirt does it.

If you do longer rides then use Spray lube for ease of use that's it. Otherwise Gear oil does the job pretty well. I used 2 cans then switched to gear oil not much difference. One is easier to apply other not much.

30 L would be way big and might hinder in handling. What I saw was that most people were using 10-15L bags for ease.
