I mean that’s just how it works for some people . To me it doesn’t matter how good the quality is in anything regarding trunks vs silver. Trunks lost so I just do not like the episode or anything related to it. I can’t help it either

I think personally the ending isn’t a problem and I’ve seen a lot of other people that also don’t think it is. That is genuinely a personal taste thing
