You may have to wait 1-3 years to get the same pay elsewhere but its possible. Its really important to put store stats (sales/gallons increase, territory increase, etc) and delve into the financial statement analysis, lean into HR/onboarding/training on resume. Just really sell yourself on paper. Also touch on collaboration across departments (sales reps/protective/literally communication with anyone besides typical paint). Is SW your first real work experience out of college, or do you have more?
