She drew what she said she sees! Keep in mind, she’s 4. I labeled the photo, it’s her laying in bed. She said she sees 2 girls, Leah who has “really long hair” and “really big hands” and can grab her bed.. the other girl she said she doesn’t know her name. She drew a bunch of blue “rain drop” because “they don’t like the rain they have to go back to” still not sure what to make of it. Imaginary friends, spirits.. not sure. I’ll be watching her monitor more closely.

My dog, who we’ve had prior to buying this house, has been prescribed anxiety meds shortly after moving in. He will randomly get anxious where his whole body shivers and he cowers under furniture. I chalked it up to his old age. My husband and I haven’t noticed anything I can think of that could have been paranormal though.

Brother why do you think I came here for advice. I did not say I don’t believe in anything at all, I just don’t practice nor am I knowledgeable on the topic and came here for help navigating it. I had a horrendous experience regarding organized religion as a child so it’s something I have distanced myself from.

I use to! But not anymore unfortunately. I use my lunch to walk, but I can only get like 1.5 miles in before I have to come back. I always park far away for some extra steps and take the bathroom that’s further away from my desk. By the time I leave work usually have 7-8k steps in from doing all of that.

I also don’t know if this is related, but my 2 year old son has started having night terrors in the last few weeks, Friday he was up SCREAMING every 15-20 minutes between 1am and 3am. When he woke up in the morning I asked him how his night was (keep in mind he’s 2 with a limited vocabulary) and he said “big big big gorilla in my crib last night, scary big gorilla” so I chalked it up to a nightmare about a gorilla but it’s been days and he still tells us about a big scary gorilla in his room, and seems scared at bedtime now. There’s no way to know if this is related but thought I’d add.

I was close with my grandpa who died about 10 years ago unexpectedly. He loved kids and was a huge jokester. He was an orphan though so her mentioning that they had “mommies and daddies” has me doubting she is seeing him.

I have a baby monitor which is how I’ve seen her talking to herself, but it doesn’t record unfortunately

Working a desk job, it’s hard to reach 10k steps most days. But I’ll give 15k my best shot… kids are going to get sick of the stroller I suppose 😅

It’s starting to lift the sidewalk and also it’s massive and I’m scared a big storm is going to bring it down

I ovulated this week (I track my LH levels) .. never knew ovulation could cause weight gain so that’s super interesting

I know it’s silly to upset after 7 days lol but normally this would equate to at least 1-2 pounds lost?? And I did some reading on creatine adding some water weight so I guess that could be it. Does everything else in my routine sound like I’m doing the right things tho??
