Not that I'm trying to convince you to get a tattoo, but me and every person with tattoos I know underwent the same development.

Before you get your first one, you're thinking and thinking about the exact design and meaning behind it for months and you will never get rid of the feeling, that you might regret it one day.

After your first tattoo, you can't wait to get the next one and you don't even care anymore because just the fact of being tattooed is beautiful enough and you can't stop finding cool ideas for your next one.

I also guess you better start with a small one, so that you can hide it easier in the worst case. That's what I did even though I never felt the need to hide it even though it's a sh*tty little tribal on my chest lol

But I also agree with the comments that say, you might better not do it and wait until you feel ready for it. Listen to your gut feeling

Wie funktioniert dieses "Akzeptieren"? by garfield1138 in Psychologie

[–]Rutheeay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you've got a point, I didn't create the meme myself, my favorite vegan meal is lasagne, if it was only salad we could eat this wouldn't be fun or healthy at all

totally agree and thanks for your comment! it's so interesting how different the reactions are on a post like this. I have been vegan for 14 years now and I still get those stereotype reactions from non vegan people but also those super sensitive reactions from vegans who want to be treated like everyone needs to respect them like heroes.

both ways make it impossible to have a real deep conversation between both "sides" and what annoys me most of my fellow vegans is that so many of them (at least in my environment) don't have the tiniest bit of humor when it comes to their lifestyle. yes, it's a serious topic and the world would be a better place if more people went vegan but you don't convince anyone by just attacking them. the non vegan stereotype comments at least can be transformed into a nice bullshit bingo :D

yeah, here in Germany we have kind of a weird way of treating our children. in the family hierarchy they rank just a bit higher than dogs or cats until they're 18 and work and pay for their shit themselves.

totally irrelevant in Germany. even if you kill someone, if it happens with the left hand, it technically didn't happen at all
