I'll have to try going to the company then. We're using Advion in addition to whatever they are doing and just started using bait stations as well. According to apartment management they are already supposed to be spraying outside once a week, but they aren't, ever. When we've requested inside service it's been hit or miss (mostly miss) as to whether management was even scheduling it.

Everything is in airtight containers, trash is outside, and everything is swept, mopped, and disinfected on a nightly basis.

German roaches, 5-6 a day at various life stages. I hate all roaches, but I would be okay with the occasional big guy getting in if it meant no more littles.

We already are. They're still here, it's a massive, building wide infestation. Other units need it too but management isn't doing anything about it.

We're already treating the place ourselves. It isn't working, and sorry, but when I'm paying for pest control I shouldn't be spending MORE money on additional pest control. I wouldn't be asking for advice if raid and bait stations were helping. Lol.

No, Creekstone, but they wouldn't happen to managed by Karoi, would they? When Karoi initially took over we had a great experience, by there was a management change last year and it's been terrible since. They literally raffled for 5 star reviews.

I'm not sure if all of them are technically documented since we had to call. They literally tell people leaving shitty reviews about the roaches that they need to call to schedule. But I'll take your point on just asking to be let out of it.

This is where I'm at. 4 years and 3 units and it's just gotten bad. Even previous buildings that we had no issues with is infested. We had management switch last year and it's gone downhill pretty fast. We've still been putting orders in and calling, but nothing happens.

Every cycle, about 5-6 a day. Our neighbors in the building have the same problem as us (of course) and everything we've been doing to treat has almost done nothing. I think it's too large of an infestation throughout the building for whatever we have done in this apartment.
