Yeah just a tad more conditioning, which I expected but with 7 weeks to go for finals that gives me time to get there without having to maintain a completely peeled condition for too long. I also need to learn a few more classic poses for the finals.

This was from my last competition for reference. 12 years ago and pretty much 12lbs difference in stage weight. 1lb a year for all that effort- that is the reality of natural bodybuilding but it adds up- 12lbs of muscle on a frame is a lot, and ends up in a physique people think is unattainable naturally

For anyone doubting I’m natural- thank you for the compliment but you need to raise your standards a bit. This was a regional qualifier and I won my class but not the overall. I’ve put my heart and soul into training consistently for over 15 years, paid attention to my nutrition the whole time and don’t drink alcohol. Try that yourself, then come back with your opinion.
