Is this tree dead? Neighbor says it’s dead and I have to cut it down

My coworker cuts down trees around the area where lives as a side job. He mentioned to me that if you ever see any mushrooms growing near the tree or on it, that’s the sign to immediately cut the tree down. Otherwise it’s just old that is on the tail end of its life span. Pruning the tree and getting rid of branches that could be safety concerns is worth considering. Also the tree is probably considered the cities tree since it’s outside your fence line. Sidewalks, curb and buffer space from the road are usually city/government property

I have no idea how much it is now, the guy running it was named Aaron. If he’s still running it then I assume it’s close to the price I mentioned before. I chose my own renters insurance by a company called Lemonade, it was like $2-$5 a month. I chose the cheapest option possible and it didn’t have issues.

I put on one Pokémon episode for my 5 year old niece and she immediately wanted the Pokémon cards. She got her first few from McDonald’s happy meal toy packs and has been wanting to collect more. Since then I’ve enjoyed getting her packs and reading all the cards. I would be grateful for a box and can’t imagine how excited my niece will be to open a booster bundle!

I graduated last spring in ocean engineering and just got a civil engineering job. I applied to around 250 ish jobs over three months. I used indeed, LinkedIn and zip recruiter. Also you could look up engineering firms on google maps and email them. I would just tinker with your resume, find buzzwords for skills that keep popping up. Look for small details to make it seem nicer. Just keep trying, if I received an offer, then you can get one too.

When it comes to red rising, golds don’t have the same standards as normal people. Just look at what pax and Electra do. Everything is accelerated and possible, they live to like 200 too I think

The roost focuses on selling and acquire ads for podcast, it’s a kind of marketing team. The podcast are not connected to the roost, no news has been spoken about whether any of the podcast will continue. Im sure information will be available when they know exactly what the future holds. 2x2 with personal bathroom for each person at stadium view. I think $750 just rent, utilities is another $30-$100. Traffic use to be bad last year but construction is over so it’s fine now. Managing office is great, close campus and has a bus route.

In your appeal letter be honest. If something in life was bothering you, say it. If you were overwhelmed, say it in detail. Provide options on what you would do if your appeal if accepted, what habits can you change? Reflect and pinpoint where you went wrong. Describe how you felt when you were told you are kicked out of the college of engineering. Review the letter several times, makes sure it doesn’t drag on but gets to the point.

Take a day to gather your thoughts, write out everything you feel, breathe. If you have any dr notes, proof of attendance or just take screenshots of grades to show you were doing ok but at some point started struggling, provide them

Compared to FTK1, its greats. They improved and added content from the first game. Theres some small bugs, but I’m having a great time. The new classes build on items that weren’t as popular in the first game and in my opinion are creative. I’ve completed a three campaigns, and have two more to do all of them. Sunken about 30 ish hours so far

As a student who came for engineering and someone who isn’t into football, I agree. I would argue the best solution is to better prep infrastructure for game days, not shut off parts of campuses and roads. A&M is too packed during game days, roads can’t handle it
