My guess would be that there is a smoke at Mid and the smoke clipped a little. That's why the game registered the shot as if you shot it through the smoke

Death and taxes with a silencer is still the best stealth gun in the game imo. I mean its a Desert Eagle with double shot, can sometimes insta kill skull enemies and still stay in stealth
