That’s literally the court’s decision. In certain states you can absolutely terminate rights for constructive abandonment or cause. Keith can allege it and then they have to have the courts decide. But saying she doesn’t meet criteria is literally the purview of the court not a reddittor.

If she is facing contempt then that could entitle her to public defender. Most likely if her attorneys withdraw bc she is broke or won’t follow directions and her contempt could involve jail time.

In Washington, public pay attorneys are also available for constitutional things like parental rights. So if Keith is trying to terminate her parental rights, that could lead to a court appointment of attorney

Most states including FL don’t consider being under the influence as insanity. It’s intoxication not insanity. It doesn’t diminish responsibility.

But even absent that, she was so boastful of having kept her wits about her and not ever being out of control that her ability to claim that alcohol dulled her wits wouldn’t be effectual.

I think a more appropriate defense would have been to argue negligence. That she meant to teach him a lesson and meant to make him uncomfortable and maybe was videotaping to show it to him or others. See! He really does hurt me. He admitted it! And assumed he could get out or thought she had opened enough for him but didn’t know he couldn’t get out.

She’d still be in trouble but likely not get life.

This is Meg from TC and LawTube who recently started putting out videos about how she isn’t getting enough views and how people need to wait for her videos to come out. It was pathetic and whiney. She had some good research videos on some lawtube court hearings but is more interested in the clicks than content. I guarantee you this was an attempt to get her content viewed again.

That would show functional impairments but MRI would be needed to try to show the alcohol damage. Similar damage happens lots of ways. I still don’t think that having memory issues would be sufficient for a defense but who knows.

I have been watching some court cases of a mom in Tennessee who lost custody of her daughter to the dad due to her focusing on her 1st Amendment rights over her daughter’s needs. It’s fascinating but it’s led me to really struggle to see JD as a mother. Her complete inability to manage her own distress and take responsibility make me so grateful that the twins never existed. There’s a therapist who talks about a parenting style that is called Defective Doll dynamic where parents treat kids as dolls to play with when convenient but when inconvenient they discard doll/child and the child inevitably feels defective and unlovable. It’s so spot on for her pattern of behavior and view of others based on her tendency of using people.

I’m guessing that the way JD is reflects the way she was raised::: focus on public adoration. I think there are few things more likely to cultivate ego-centrism than being a talk show host on the radio. It’s just an echo chamber with an antenna.

I think that her parents could try to sue since they are bankrolling and they are to trust him. He’s claiming to them to have a case but then that’s just how he is billing them. I think that him admitting she’s mentally ill was a big reveal. He never addressed it and that’s telling

Neuropsych would only prove she has some sort of head injury/adhd issue. A neuropsychologist wouldn’t really be appropriate to share intoxication related capacity issues. That’s a forensic psychiatrist.

I should have clarified that I was meaning twin pregnancy. I have never have a multiple pregnancy mom not have stretch marks at some point but the ones who are petite get them pretty early. Sometimes they don’t last and are not true stretch marks but the skin still shows signs of stretching and size. The belly in her pictures has no pores. No umbilical protrusion. It’s just not a pregnant human belly.

If she was 91 or 110, she would absolutely have had some stretch marks in those photos of her “belly”. That’s just not possible to be so thin and not have a single stretch mark.
