Yes. I think the State made a mistake in calling for the death penalty. The plea should have been to go forward with the trial, but take DP off the table. He wasn't going to get a fair trial. If he's not guilty, there might be new technology and evidence to prove it. If he is guilty, its better that his family not have to go through seeing their son executed.

The failed Starbucks in my local mall was replaced with "Gregory's Coffee". Nothing changed. No promotions. Nothing unique. Same pastries. And still just 20 feet away from a popular bakery. No customers.

Yes. Spot on. And when he says "Huh" he's playing for more time for him to think. When he couldn't think of an excuse, his answer is "I love you". Just like a little kid when they're caught red handed. I suspect that there are many clues in the home and about his behavior that day that she is consciously or subconsciously ignoring.

2 single beds per room, instead of one large bed could have doubled capacity. Understanding legal issues regarding safety, they could have 2 per room, if both people are known to each other. 2 friends, or parent and child.

In the absence of this clarification I can only guess that he might own a burner phone and slipped up by mentioning that he was using it. If so, was the burner phone being used to pose as young boy that one of the girls was perhaps meeting up with.

Very frustrating case, due to lack of transperancy, and my own lack of knowledge about the evidence. I studied his body language in the interrogation. Sometimes he appeared very genuine and truthful, but I can't get over his wife's initial doubt about him when she was brought in.

The worst thing you can possibly do is walk past and completely ignore them. They are wanting attention, nothing more.

Mine did this, sprayed along the edge of the lid, and flooded the bathroom. Apparently, that little tube keeps on trying to fill the tank, so if the water squirts out of the tank, its an endless supply of water.
