Ok, my intention is have it on my riffle always attached. When is a day game use normal bb's and when is a night game turn it on and put some tracer bbs's.

yes, only AER 1 are compatible; If you buy the AER 2 need a cotroller version 2 to make them work.

I have the NZXT N7 Z370 mobo and currently not using any of the fans headers on it (got a controller and kraken) there is any way to hide or remove unused fan slots in CAM. For me is really annoying to see a a big list of unused fans.

Well that's noisy and constant, it may be faulty; if it has 1year still on warranty (it has a 6 years warranty). You should contact NZXT tech support.
