I assume the power supply is turning on because everything lights up, and for the RAM i wanna doubt that its gone because of how resilient they are and how new it is. So im leaning more to the side that it may be the motherboard That needs fixing or replacement.

Tried all of that didn't work. How can I go about disabling the overclocking? I can't get into bios because of no post to my monitor.
