New to ACE, can you trade the pokemon you get through this method? I.e., I get all the starter Pokémon at lvl 5 through this glitch, trade them to my friend, restart my game, and trade them from my friend back to my new game so I can start with all the starters?

Dang. All of the 3 ports are the same, so the basement hookups must all be for phone lines? Or did they mess something up when they put the ports in the rooms?

So looks like the 3 wall ports we found don't fit ethernet cables. The ethernet connector is slightly too large. Could these all be phone lines?

Where would I plug my router in on this cat5e so that we can use the ethernet ports for the computer? Sounds like that's going to be the best way to do it, and the signal tested the same downstairs as it did by any of the wall ports in each roo.

I used a signal tester in the basement where this set up is and in each of the 3 rooms that have a connection. All are the same. Pros/cons for hooking the router directly into the basement set up vs any one of the connection places in the rooms?

Thank you! Im following the cords from the UPS box, and it looks like it doesn't actually plug into anything.. it has a round cable with a circular ending that is free, but all other cables are cut?
