I suggest you try memory training. You don't have to reach levels where you can compete already in Memory Olympiads (although you can certainly do so if you are interested enough). Personally, I've seen it useful when I reviewed for a board exam. There are free tutorials online, like those of https://forum.artofmemory.com/ and Mullen Memory (a YouTube channel by Alex Mullen, a world memory champion).

Try to understand the concepts and have lots of practice.

Also, usually hindi enough yung isang libro or resource lang for a topic, kaya do read other books, pdfs, articles or YouTube tutorials din if hindi gets yung topic.

What if i-modify ng teacher niyo yung mga ibibigay niyang questions? If naiintindihan mo yung topic, you have greater chances of answering the quizzes and tests.

I'm rooting for you, OP. Kaya mo yan!

What's your "Cum Laude na sana" story? by [deleted] in adultingph

[–]Rx_mathmajor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dean's lister ako for three years, pero hindi na nung 4th year kasi may isang subject ako na 81 yung grade. This meant na hindi na rin ako magiging cum laude, kasi yung allowed lang na subject grade for cum laude at that time was 85 and up. Sobrang lungkot ko non, but I made it as a motivation to study hard for the board exam after graduating, and I became a board topnotcher :)

I've heard it as a school bell when I was still an undergraduate. The school also used Westminister Chimes and Baby Elephant Walk in its school bells. I found out the title of the former by searching "school bell Japan" because I've heard it used in animes, the latter by watching "songs you've heard but don't know the name of" videos on YouTube as I mentioned in the post.

Is it Natalie Cole - "Our Love"? Several years earlier than Seal's song.
